Impossible. Voting shares were and are in control which means although SPNG is a publicly traded company, common shareholders have no rights other than being able to sell the shares they bought for more or less than they paid for them.

The thought that SPNG should be considered a separate entity from its principals is silly as it is completely controlled by them.
