Sure. When I say the deal is not that bad, I am looking into the commitment to pay $150K per annum minimum payment. If you include that with Mexcor's 35K per month starting month 7, that should cover 50% of the companies anticipated burn rate of 300K.

Since there is no "royalty payments" involved with Olifant from DKAM to the promoter (like Trump or Old Whiskey supposedly paid by Mexcor/H.Pixel), I am assuming DKAM should get better per case royalty on Olifant. so, it should be encouraging to see olifant is promoted and being available in more markets today.

I feel that the company can definitely reach profitability sooner than later and hoping that all the dilution that happened recently is being used to repay the debt.... JMHO
