Yeah right... so was Exxon paying for the Valdez disaster... but it took them 20+ years to do so and many of the people that suffered during a crime 1/10th the size of the Gulf never saw a dime... or died waiting.... that is what Obama did not want to see happen again... it was a great triumph for Obama and the coastal people who have lost everything because of BP's criminal activity... POS are Joe Barton and all the American traitors who are siding with the BP criminals... they are 100% traitors POS...
