Bobwins, how is this defense imaging pick - SCXC. Looks very cheap at 5 cents? Do u think it will breakout?

just wanted to check up with you before buying any defense stock because I got burnt once.
Last year, I bought this defense stock SPSC.OB, for 2.86, saw it uptrend to 4.00. Being an im-matured trader then, I held onto it and it fell to 1.30. Now it is slowly trending up due to an order announcement.
