Buying SPNG stock on Monday will do absolutely nothing at all to help any of those Dicon employees. They have already gotten all the money they ever will from the sale of SPNG stock. They can't sell any more stock - only the promoters have large amounts left for sale.

If you really want to help Dicon employees, start a trust at their local bank. Send them a check. Offer to buy Dicon. Something besides touting SPNG.
