They said two notes and 750K in payables, this is the Macquire note does anyone know who holds the other note and the balance?

(a) (i) the principal amount of the Obligations outstanding as of the date of this Agreement is Five Million Nine Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Five Dollars and Thirty-Two Cents ($5,949,195.32)


So $10MM less $5.95MM note, less 750K, less other note....

At this point it's $3.3 MM cash less the 2nd note available for the Sterns Properties.
