As usual the mutt is blaming someone else for his problems...

Dick Cheney once tried to exonerate himself regarding torture by demanding that Obama release classified information.

Perhaps the former admin would like to release the minutes of Dick with energy companies.

The IG has already ripped Bush's admin to shreds over their mis-management of MMS.

Make no misconstruction about that.
