Yes, I did.

Obama isn't "suspending" the Constitution by demanding BP fund a compensation fund for those who were negatively impacted by the Deepwater Horizon explosion.

Although I'm not credulous to believe this will stop (or even slow) the pace of lawsuits facing BP, this fund will at least provide for SOME relief on the judicial side (after all, how many folks do you think have the money to HIRE an attorney to go after BP???).

Additionally, BP has a right to dispute the claims. If they didn't want to work with President Obama, they could fight the process in court. Instead, they chose to WORK WITH HIM on the matter.
