All the talk on the BCLE board is of them buying out ACLH just in time for one of them to get a huge BP contract and "soar to the moon"
The company has a market cap of $396,700 how are they gonna afford to pay a premium of .115 for ACLH ....that would be based of the 182.8 million shares a total of $21,022,000

Where they gonna come up with 21 mil?
