I have a better understanding of what Goig does now. Companies interested in generating sales would benefit from this tool. However, they may reconsider using it for their tech support dept. I know because I work in a tech support call center and my company is doing everything possible to deflect calls in order to reduce overall cost. I'm not bashing this stock, just trying to get a better understanding of this company.
