Fannie Mae cannot just decide that they can do whatever they want to do outside of the contract.
The company policies do not extend out of their company.

If you made a company policy to create the oppurtunity for your agents to try and rob people,do you think you have no responsibility in it ?

They can't just heap on additional terms onto a contract.

I haven't told you the whole story.
There is more.
They were paid the rest of the amount do after the deposit.
They accepted it and would not send the deed.
Instead the real estate agent contacted me and told me he was going to removed my motor home from the driveway and he also told the police that I did not belong on the property.
The real estate agent also said the owner considered my vehicle as criminal tresspass.
So you tell me what you think they were trying to do other than extort me ?
They took $22,000.00 and refused to acknowledge their deed.
Is it not fair to say that they stole the money ?
They tried to con the police to take their side towards criminal tresspass.
We have another little known law in maine that if a seller refuses to acknowledge their deed that all the buyer has to do is leave a copy of the deed at the registrar and that gives that person all legal rights as an acknowledged deed.
I did that numerous times and secured the property.
You see time was their excuse in most of their actions.
Enough time goes by then all excuses are gone.

You can continue on the side of the crooked.
But why are you?
Are you one of them ?
You seem like the same breed.

And by the way,I stated criminal activity.
If you want to know who are the criminals you are going to have to look up their records yourself.

Have you ever heard the phrase Res Ipsa Loquitor ?

And my education does mean something.
It means I know what they should know but appearantly misuse.

Did you know that a lawyer is not suppose to misrepresent to a layperson ?
They can negotiate with one.
But as far as trying to trick them it is against bar rules.
I'm still not going to show you everything.
