It could have been me. I loaded up today in anticipation of news next week. It appeared the bid/ask was manipulated today. My first big order was a buy at .0017. It partial filled about 1/2 then went to 20 although the last didn't change. Then at 20 I got a partial and up it went to 21 and still no change. I held out and got filled at 20.
