Sorry I don't believe that they were surprised to see the basin fill with water ... They modified the basin at least 2 times prior to inoculation .. to accommodate, basin flooding events.

Yes I think the Camera was rolling and the PR's were rolling and the emails were rolling .. I think the week was planned very well .. unfortunately it fell flat..
