There is a slight problem with 54 Million in net assets.

See the 54 Million is an appraised value of the company at this point in time. That is (for those that understand accounting) the number is not (Assets - Liabilities) it is the (market value of the assets- Liabilities) ....

That's a bit different, because what is market value, how did they determine it? But I digress.

In addition, the 54 Million can not be used in the P/E, rather the estimated 10 Million (less expenses) should be used.

But yeah, we could say the $0.02 is a fair value ...

My account would take $0.02 ... may have to do a double take if $0.20

Beyond that squabble, this is fantastic DD ...

Those looking to do some research have somewhere to go. As previously mentioned I hope Kenneth will deliver and that we as common shareholders get a nice surprise.
