Everyone sure wants to get this done real fast. Wonder if it could be that the value for stockholders is increasing due to improved sales? Should have some liability hearings coming up in July which could change value to stockholders value also. Would like to hear some more about the equity that had to suddenly be added to potential claims at the last minute in the last quarter? Would like to check that smell test.

Just strange how Rog and Co. want to be out as soon as possible when mergers and aquisitions is heating up and valuations increasing.
