tech, that is the best "reason" I have seen yet for why this has happenned. I will reiterate that the timing was poor and that this does not technically apply to us until the next 10K.
However, I can see a chain of events where JB and the BOD gave the shareholders exactly what they asked for, the shareholders voted out gately and the BOD/CFO didn't just file the 10Q before changing accountants as they SHOULD have done.
