Just got back on here and catching up with everyone's posts. Okay, so the WORST outcome is on the table and KNOWN... the absolute worst news is in that commons are worth 30 cents in this first iteration of POR. The good news is commons are INTACT!!!! So, IMO, things can only get better from here. There is NOOOO WAAAAYY the EC signs off on this, especially with SVP in at about 88 cents! And, there is NO REASON to accept this as it is a screw job by all the other creditors and debtors. The company is worth A LOT MORE than 30 cents per share at this point!! Chemtura Alliance and the EC..... TO ARMS!!!!!!!! (legally speaking of course ;)
