I sure hope some form of that finds its' way into the appeal. Something I'd like to hear the attorneys ask about Monday: SM in the auto parts sector have gotten raises. They got those raises because they raised their company's value. SM just gave themselves raises. [1st?]Have they raised companys value? [2nd?]How much have they raised the value? [3rd?]They are documenting that assertion how? All asked quietly and nonchalantly.
I'd be very surprised in their claimed increase in value, the $ in the bank and JCI's bid didn't sink or blow-up the values in the POR. But, I'm just an ignorant C/S, so what do I know?
