Maybe a REVERSE SPLIT is coming and someone got the inside scoop. That might explain why someone would sell at these levels. If NO REVERSE SPLIT was coming buying at these levels might be profitable.

The problem is you see it every day on the OTCBB and the pinks.

Print shares, print shares, print shares, print shares.

Reverse split and reduce the OS back down.

Resume the printing of shares.

No reason to think DKAM will be any different - certainly a good way to raise revenue. Follow the REVERSE SPLIT up with a juicy PR so printing can resume. However, with the loss of credibility due to the REVERSE SPLIT they may have a HARD time selling more shares.
