I planned on putting together an ebook to sell that would show how I came to the conclusion that Fannie Mae is surrounded by criminals and how they operate.
And all the evidence that I have in a safety deposit box.
Last year I purchased a property from Fannie Mae.
And all of Fannie Mae's agents had their own crooked angle.
The real estate agent.

The real estate agent started off at the contract signing by listing himself as a buyers agent without even asking me or discussing any fees he was looking for.Seeing as I know contract law.I paid him a consideration of marketing advice.
I chose not to use a lawyer to close the deal and even told the agent in advance that I handle my own title searches.
The asset management firm chose to use a lawyer to close deal.

And as you see below is part of my communications with Mr. Demarco's office.
Director Edward DeMarco FHFA
Mr. DeMarco,
This email is neccessary due to the criminal behavior that emanates from Fannie Mae.During my recent purchase of a Fannie Mae property it has come to my attention that the closing process that is employed by Fannie Mae agents is that of "Private bribery "
http://www.mainelegislature.org/legis/statutes/17-A/title17-Asec904.html
And that is only the beginning of what is going on at Fannie Mae.
What I have been put through could lead to charges of:
Theft by Deception
http://www.mainelegislature.org/legis/statutes/17-A/title17-Asec354.html
Theft by Extortion
http://www.mainelegislature.org/legis/statutes/17-A/title17-Asec355.html
Theft by unauthorized taking or transfer
http://www.mainelegislature.org/legis/statutes/17-A/title17-Asec353.html
I am sure by now you are wondering why I am telling you all this.
It is because I have just learned that you are the ultimate authority over Fannie Mae and I would like to take this opportunity to notify you so you can investigate as their activities continue. It seems to me that their activities are going to shift to embezzlement from Fannie Mae.
On September 25 I signed a purchase and sales to buy a Fannie Mae property for the full advertised price of $22,000.00 cash to be closed on Oct. 16
I chose not to use an attorney for such a simple transaction.
What I was met with was techniques utilized by Fannie Mae agents to trick then extort me into paying fees I was not responsible for.
I learned from a Fannie Mae representative that it is typical for Fannie Mae to hire the buyers attorney to do a title search and then get said attorney to fill out a HUD-1 statement.
(That is where the "Private Bibery" happens)
Fannie Mae attorney refused to fill out HUD-1 and refused to perform any type of closing if I did not hire an attorney.
Fannie Mae Real Estate Broker informed me of this and stated he had an attorney that would fill out my paperwork and perform closing at brokers office.
I refused to have to pay for an attorney so that Fannie Mae agents could work up a large bill on me that was unneccessary, after all it is not my paperwork to fill out as acknowledged by Fannie Mae representative that organizes asset managers.
None of the Fannie Mae agents was able to show me that they even had the ability to close the contract.
On October 16 I closed my end of the contract with final payment along with Waiver of Condition document and Proration Worksheet sent to Disposition Center.
Fannie Mae is in breach of contract.
I still have not received acknowledged deed.
And Fannie Mae and Amnet Realty are still marketing what is now my property.
And all the evidence that I have in a safety deposit box.
