Actually she was only at $7 for a short time. The all-time high was $7.45 on Dec 29. Been downhill with the occasional chart reset ever since. Coincidentally, Dec 29 was also the Date of First Sale for the $.80 PIPE and the last day in the FY 2009 reporting period.
