Also, there will be an appeal to the judge's decision. Appeals hardly ever win. I'm no lawyer but I'm guessing it will be based on the BOD not making business judgment in "good faith". That they are operating with an agenda other than what is best for the company. That they are making decisions based on what is best for themselves.
