I'm calling IR tomorrow. Any suggestions for questions to ask? I want to ask some pretty tough questions and really put them on the spot.

Also, I plan on recording the conversation. Unfortunately, Ares is in California, which means I would require prior consent from him. I'm in New York, which only requires one party consent.

The way I see it, if things are on the up and up, Ares should have absolutely no reason to refuse to consent once I inform him that he's being recorded. If he refuses to be recorded, I'm dumping my 90K shares ASAP as it would be a very bad sign that he doesn't want to be held accountable for his words.
