not sure, but to me 'full equitization' doesn't necessarily mean cancel common shares...could be cancelation, but could also imply dilution enough to fully equitize those notes. Actually, the article said nothing of existing shares, other than the UBS plan.
And with new exclusivity period for the company, not sure exactly how EC is going to submit an alternative POR????
