One of the Mass projects we are working on is already qualified as a renewable generator in Mass and it is my understanding that they are grandfathered, so they are not impacted by the changes in Mass.

The other project is a combined heat and power project which the state seems to still like, so we are seeking clarification from the state as to whether or not it can qualify under the RPS.

As to timing, counsel for the seller of the first project told us before Easter that they were ready to wrap this up right after Easter, but the lawyers are still plugging away...

Folks should know by now that I deliver. Of course, if I annouced that George Soros was giving us a billion dollars and joining our board, someone would invariably ask "Well, what are they going to do next?"

Disclaimer: George Soros is definitely not giving us a billion dollars or joining our board. I'd much prefer Bill Gates anyway.
