Show me a document that states where those shares are. The only evidence that has been presented shows an image of nerly 3B shares with no accountability as to where they went, if the SEC/FBI had that information it would have been a slam dunk, yet their are plea bargains, lol.

come on leucro, there are a number of charges facing these crooks .. from the SEC and the FBI .. the unregistered sale of stock is just one ..

they are/will try to plead to whatever deal they can get .. not just one charge .. the FBI and the SEC has them dead caught red handed
