Steve made it sound like Seneca did something that may have caused the company to refile and that's why he was inferring that he was let go/resigned about the same time as the PR. Why is that being suggested or why give any reason why he left the company without any direct knowledge? All this speculation is misleading - again, there are a number of reasons why he might have left.

who knows, but I agree with Steve that the timing (during a restatement) does not look good...

just one more straw on the camel....
