I agree, they can survive as long as certain events take place legally before then. Whatever money was robbed from the shareholders belongs to the shareholders and in the event that the money is retrievable, shareholders should be able to take over the company and setup their own management/board team. There are still many options available especially under chapter 11. The assistance of Pike would be greatly needed to bring the aforementioned events to fruition.
