I don't see any way spongy can survive with new management - still facing many lawsuits, judgments, fines and sanctions

no telling what else we don't know about ...

still only selling 5 to 10 million total sales

cash flow & net profit rules ... plus it will cost a small fortune to refile all sec reports back to day one ..

as a private company .. maybe .. as a public company, pretty much zero!
