i say "all but" locked,,,no float is ever 100% lock,,but this is getting as close as need to be for huge moves,,

on may 23, you post this based on 97m sh float from March 31 q

now we know "official" float only still 115m,,,and may 27 - early june was green run up with heavier volume in over 10m's+ daily so many were accumulating. how much, unknown. but then look at volume after high was hit,,,next to none,,so no real sell-off. even if you say 50% of 115m is lock [probably closer to 60% my guess], that only leave 57.5m share float [or less],,which is just nothing for when bigger volume pile in,,,as stock go, can't get much better than that!
