ET- Why would HDTV financials scare you??
-Just because they nearly ran out of money,
- they got a last minute infusion of $10 mil by way of convertible offering that pays 10% and is due in 3 years,that is bank rolled 60% by the CEO
-because they could not get a loan
-and they could not sell additional stock
- and because they lost more than $9 million in 2004
-and they have more than $5 mil due on the new factory they are building
-and they don't have any FIRM substantial purchase orders
-and they do not have a CFO-
-and their accountants just resigned....
-and sales last year were just $1.27 million last year when the street was looking for $45 mil...

Honestly ,ET, why would HDTV's financials scare you???"
