This reaffirms what we already know. They have enough cash to complete the acquisition, but not enough to completely pay for it and be debt free.

They've made huge strides completely removing the chance of bankruptcy. Now, they've 750k down on a producing property. IF they get the production bonus from the Hanson property, they'll be debt free and then some. But, like I said earlier, IMO the pps will likely reflect the assumption that money won't come.

Will there be great oppurtunities to add? IMO, in the short term, yes.
