It says enough cash to "close" on the deal... not "pay" for it completely.
The new acquisition is 1.7 million. They have 750k cash left over from the Hanson deal. 1.7m - 750k = 950k short. They'll have to either finance the balance or pull cash out from underneath a mattress. I'm leaning towards a mattress personally. Will Gray has done well so far. I have no reason to doubt his ability to come up with the extra cash.
