no I mean pay back the 2 mill that stratus bought pro for so they can start out in the green so to speak and pro will be a stand alone company and the only obligation they have with stratus would be like any other MMA business that they would represent by stratus. The BIG share holders would have a 95% holding in smdi and 95% in pele
