Defendant Steven Y. Moskowitz, by his attorneys, Bachner & Associates, P.C., for his Answer to the Complaint of plaintiff Securities & Exchange Commission (the “Complaint”). Mr. Moskowitz reserves the right to amend this pleading to the fullest extent consistent with the law. Mr. Moskowitz states upon knowledge as to his own conduct and upon information and belief as to the conduct of others, as follows:
1. Mr. Moskowitz invokes his right against self-incrimination under the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution as to the allegations contained in paragraph 1.
2. Mr. Moskowitz invokes his right against self-incrimination under the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution as to the allegations contained in paragraph 2.
3. Mr. Moskowitz invokes his right against self-incrimination under the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution as to the allegations contained in paragraph 3.
