Defendant Steven Y. Moskowitz, by his attorneys, Bachner & Associates, P.C., for his Answer to the Complaint of plaintiff Securities & Exchange Commission (the “Complaint”). Mr. Moskowitz reserves the right to amend this pleading to the fullest extent consistent with the law.
