It is a very thin float. There are also some large holders here on the board. I own more than the CEO does! lol.... So any buying or selling sends prices all over the place. When there is no buying or selling pressure the MM's keep the wide spread to cover their bases either way it goes. They could care less about the companies themselves. It's all programs that figure out the supply and demand on both sides and then it's off to the races for the MM's. They are the casino and they always win.
