You like the snow job being put on the website? That is the same tactic that government is often engaged in; when they cannot solve a problem, write reams of reports and snow the people.

It is PERFORMANCE that counts. In NVC's case, performance means:
1. Have a technology to solve the problem.
2. Build the technology.
3. Prove that the technology will solve the problem.
4. Develop a product.
5. Sell the product.
6. Make some profit.

The mismanagement at NVC has consistenly failed and has lost all of its credibility. Only the sycophants still believe.

The Boyz have the best of all worlds:
Good pay (salaries, bonuses, options, discounted shares) without performance.
Nobody holding them accountable.
No regulation of their financial dealings.

It was only after they dishonored some loans that the lenders are in the civil courts of California trying to recoup their monies with interest that somebody went after the Boyz.

The real interesting prose that comes out of Portland will be what they file with the SEC in a couple of weeks. Be alert and ready to read that document.
