Ecomike. You are right. I misunderstood. AEXP when they could not or chose not to, (probably due to plan to merge)cover their share of the drilling of the Burkley-Phillips well then their ongoing working interest in the well once complete and the Prospect was reduced to 20%.

I think the fact they backed out like that helps confirm the merger is solid plan. If they thought it might not go through I would think they would have found away to keep their 29% interest in this valuable land.
