It seems rather odd that a US company has a head office in Toronto? What are they trying to hide? Furthermore, that crap about Directors, officers is boiler plate from Articles of Incorporation. Forget talking about generalities...what are the specifics about officers, directors, when is the next AGM???I got ????. Something is fishy here. Wait, I know...before you get any answers you have to give your name, address, SSN, mother's maiden name, assign first born etc etc etc...
