Remember, just recently, the GOP Reps. in Congress BLOCKED the Bill to raise the cap of BP's liability from $75 million to $10 billion!! My homeboy President doubled that, and he walked softly, but he carried a BIG STICK. I wonder how much the GOP ACTUALLY planned to bailout BP AGAIN this time?
