Charlestown/Hartland Plan is in the lead time-wise.
There is no way for me to know if their plan was near completion last Friday. However, it would not surprise me to see a plan filed by as early as this Friday or early next week, especially if they had a previous conversation with the OCC and its counsel, SK.
I am not sure if the OCC can proceed without the fifth member or being reconstituted by the UST. The OCC received many offers based on the information I have reviewed. However, I am not sure how many individual entities are reflected in the last fee bill (it is possible that one group is detailed more than once).
The OEC is not even a committee yet.
It is possible for each group to receive third party inquiries. Some will come and go.
