Due Dilligence about INBG

First of all, i am a chinese and i speak Mandarin, i see people here have hard time to just find a chinese to verify information about the merger news or make a call to the companies in China(because people don't get response for calling companies in USA as they said), so i made several international call last week according to the tel. no. listed on INBG website which is 011-862886029750, a company in ChengDu city, Si Chuan province of China.
http://www.ibtgi.com/contact.asp

As some people already stated before, they made the call, but the woman didn't speak English. I made the call, and indeed there was a woman who talked with me in Mandarin,so here is some questions i asked her about

What is the name of your company in chinese?

An-huo-di(which i translate it from what she said in chinese words)

Who is your boss?

Kenneth Yeung

Is the company u work has business related to petroleum delivery or storage?

She said kind of, but not their core business

then i asked her a very important question, is your company planning to merge with another company?

She stopped for few seconds and suddenly asked me who i am and if i represent other companies to do business with them, i said i am just a normal person, just showing interest because i read some news from INBG, then she replied me she can not tell me about it before she informs her upper manager

then i ask her, does the company have other office in other province in China and do they have website?

She said yes, except the office in ChengDu which is stated in official INBG website, they still have office in Shanghai, where is their main operating office

Part-2, is about the address of FHH-Sino

FHH Sino New Energies Co., Ltd.
Rm. 1403, Zhong Xin Bldg.,
2 Qing Dao N. Road, Weihai
Shangdong Province, PRC 264200

this address clearly stated in 8-k form as everyone knows, so i translated it into chinese then searched it, and here is what i found

http://www.eemap.org/id/90570

More photos:
http://www.gaoloumi.com/viewthread.php?tid=7358&extra=page%3D3

that building has lots of different kind of companies inside, 41th floors in total

i didn't find any website about all the companies inside the building, so the only method is that i went to ask people who live in Weihai to verify for me last week, that's why it takes several days for me to post this DD, i had to post the question on some websites which people live in that community, luckily, one guy was willing to help me, hence i know the company indeed exists from how he told me the name of the company in chinese, Feng-Hai-Hei Xin Neng Yuan(which i hardly translate it from Chinese words as i did for INBG which is An-huo-di), i have to point out that some people made an mistake for searching the name, Sino is not related to the company name, it's just a prefix used to refer to China. However, good news is that i know the name of company, bad news is that i could not find any of its website out, but even for INBG's website in China, as i posted it above, is very simple, only one page, so it's not rare if FHH doesn't have website, too many companies there, but China lacks of IT people, many companies in china have no website, and many of them only have very simple to one page so-called official website

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

finally, some knowledge about the time for waiting a merger, i found that there are indeed many people who don't do any research about INBG and the details of R/M, and just crying to say when it will have news, i can only say company has no responsibility to release updated info about it as preparation of PR takes time, they would rather focus on due dilligence during negotiation of merger, here is some info about it

The transaction can be accomplished in as little as two weeks, resulting in the private company becoming a public company.

Depending on the length of negotiations, due diligence, and the audited or unaudited status of the financials of the two companies, the transaction is usually completed within two to three months. In some cases, the transaction can be completed in as little as two weeks.

In conclusion, if u need any help for understanding my DD, i can help u to understand by translation, personally, i highly believe it's a real deal from what i have found and perceived, just like i asked the woman if they are planning to merge with another company, she said she can't tell me about it instead of saying she doesn't know, it makes me believe they already know the detail of merger from their boss Kenneth, at least it's what i think, according to the definition of R/M, 2 weeks has passed, it may come as soon as possible, or it may come one month after which only time can tell, if u doubt what i said, just go grab a chinese friend or dude, pay them some bucks to verify what i posted and translated here, and called the companies in china, ask similar questions, i believe u will get the same answers, i just state the facts about what i found, anyway, it's all my opinion, don't take it to make any investment decision, do your own DD
