Depends on if they were restricted for 6 months or 12 months. If the were for 6 months then yes starting last month we would be entering a 3 month period were they are all becoming free trading shares.

Currently I do not think anyone of those are dumping, so they maybe restricted to 12 months or they are simply holding.
