You are now assuming that something could happen instead of focusing on the facts as we know them today, last week etc. as all we have is all the PR's to go by since the lawsuit was over. Now we have had no dilution, we have a very low float, we have had very positive news thus far. I would not assume anything to the contrary unless I had actual proof, there is the difference beween you and I.
