Since the R/S this has only traded 100 shares at a time.

I see it as manipulation to show upward movement to reel in the unsuspecting.

As long as trades are 100 at a time - Probably not a good time to buy. Waiting for the D to drop off after the 20 days, then it should start trading normally(whatever that is).
