Sherlock,(HDTV) Thanks for the excerpt to the Capstone report. Could you supply a link to where you got this. If not, where you obtained this. Keep in mind, I use to own this stock. I bought the story. After listening to the last conference call and doing some research many things just were not lining up.

Also, I only bring up Capstone's Analyst opinion of March 2003 (less than two years ago) as an indication that their numbers were so severly off last time that why should their opinion be trusted now??

I am also curious as to why I can not find anything on the November 29th downgrade from them. Why did they do it then. If they have a $11.00 price target it could have not been for valuation. Can you tell me their reason?

I also found these on Edgar. It's interesting that they have no CFO and that these two insider sales (HDTV only has 28 employees)shown below leave them hold almost no shares of stock. Yes, I realize that they hold some performance options that could be exercised later. However, for such a small comapny with big prospects ahead I would expect them to hold more shares.

Here is the filing for their convertible. The CEO seems to be loaning 60% of the $10,000,000. Not the most simple finance arrangement I have seen.
