Here's the story. Again.

Several years ago, a transfer agency called Select American Transfer hijacked a number of stinky Pinky shells. They sold one of them to some Russian mob types who changed the ticker to KSWJ and proceeded to run a scam. The SEC suspended the stock, and the mobsters disappeared.
