Not bashing, but I feel there is no connection at all between EVXA and the article posted. EVXA clearly states that use a closed system vacuum and electrostatic/electromagnetic forces to separate the oil from the ground at the chemical level, where as this is using more of a mechanical method to suck the sand up and partition the oil from the sand.
