What is the ruling for politics on stock specific message boards?

The BP board has turned into a fanatical boycott, anti big corporation, animal/people killer discussion board rather than a stock board.

I understand this is a hot topic right now but shouldn't part of it be directed to the politics/club boards? Kind of hard to decipher what's on topic.
