OCC Chairman Carreras has resigned.

This action resolves all concerns of the United States Trustee. The UST will now attempt to solicit new members to reconstitute the Committee. There are now only four members.

Judge Thompson asked if the OCC should be disbanded. The UST stated not at this time.

Counsel for Legendary Investors wants disclosure. The Court did not require a report.

Winfield has withdrawn the application to replace SK.

SK remains counsel of record for the OCC.
